Billing Services
Our billing service provides paper or electronic submission of Claims to Insurance Payers which includes a complete and accurate claim, any required provider and member information and records as necessary.
Submission of Secondary Claims to patient’s secondary/tertiary insurance upon processing of primary claim.
Patient Account Management
Accurately posting of insurance payments to accounts for correct patient billing.
Appeal Guidance
Upon receipt of any denial of any submission from an insurance company, we will review the denial and advise the provider should action be necessary to reprocess the claim.
Insurance Verification
Verification of your patient's coverage/benefits as conveyed by the insurance company, based on the services provided at your office. Although this is not a guarantee of coverage, we strive to attain the most accurate information, utilizing our extensive knowledge of the insurance industry.
Consultation
Based on our extensive experience in the industry, we can provide guidance relating to patient case management, insurance flow, marketing, referrals and communication in order to stabilize and grow your practice.
Training
We can work with your team to improve patient account management and increase over the counter collections in a professional, respectful and caring manner.
