We love what we do and it shows. With more than 25 years of experience in the field, we know the industry well. There’s no challenge too big or too small, and we dedicate our utmost energy to every client we take on.
Our business was founded to fill the need for a compassionate, well informed and competent billing service which represents the patients, and the coverage which is rightfully theirs, while assuring that the practice receives their due.
Our founder, Miriam Hille, had her first interaction with Chiropractic treatment 35 years ago as a patient and she found the natural healing through spinal manipulation bettered her health. In 1991 she started working for that same Chiropractor. She completed chiropractic x-ray technician school and earned her chiropractic x-ray certification and became the doctor's assistant. Since that time, she has worked in every aspect of the office including: office/clinic manager, front desk, new patient admitting, chiropractic x-ray technician, doctor's assistant, billing, SOAP note documentation and marketing. Over time she found her passion in billing and working with insurance companies. Working with attorneys, 3rd party insurance companies, workman's compensation and motor vehicle accidents, she found that she was able to communicate with these companies explaining why chiropractic and rehabilitation care for the patients was medically necessary. She holds a deep seeded passion for taking care of all patients and the staff who serve them. Over the years she has attended personal injury classes, management classes, insurance billing workshops and seminars, marketing and report of findings seminars to know how to make sure clean claims are submitted and paid out. She has consulted on the start-up of successful offices and assisted offices in transitioning into the computer age by teaching how to process claims, manage staff, organize, office administration and increase efficiency.
To provide accurate medical billing, timely account maintenance, meaningful consultation and training which can be implemented to grow the practice while acting as a liaison to all parties involved.
